Purrify affiliate program: lock in 25% commission before the founding 50 fill up

Who can join

You need to be 18 or older and living in Canada. We review every application and we can turn one down, or close an account later, without giving a reason. Partners outside Canada are on hold until the tax side is worked out.

What you earn

You start at 15% of the product value of every order placed through your link. It moves to 20% once 3 of your sales have cleared, and to 25% at Partner level. Founding 50 partners hold a 25% floor. Commission is paid on product only, never on shipping or tax. We can change these rates with 30 days notice, and a change never reaches back to a sale you already made.

What you earn on partners you bring in

Bring another partner into the program and you earn 5% of their sales on top of everything you make yourself. It runs for that partner's first 12 months in the program, counted from the day we approve them, and then it stops. It also only runs while you are an active partner yourself: if you leave the program or your account is closed, the override stops with everything else, even if their 12 months are not up. Purrify pays it out of our own pocket, so it never comes off their commission. It only goes one level deep: if the partner you brought in recruits someone else, that person pays their own recruiter and nothing climbs up to you. This money is earnings, not a sale of your own, so it never counts toward a tier upgrade, your starter kit payback, or a reward bag. And if one of their sales is refunded, your share of it comes back off the same way your own commission would.

How a sale gets credited to you

A click on your link stays credited to you for 90 days. Last click wins: if someone clicks your link and then another partner's link before they buy, the sale belongs to the last one clicked.

The hold before you get paid

Every commission sits pending for 30 days first, which covers the refund window. After that it clears and you can ask for a payout. We cannot send money until your legal name, mailing address, and SIN or business number are on file.

Refunds come back off

If a customer is refunded or charges back, that commission is reversed. If you had already been paid it, the amount comes off your next payout, and your balance can read negative until new sales cover it.

The reward bags

Your first cleared sale ships you one 15g bag of Purrify, once per partner ever. After that, any calendar month in which you sell to 3 different customers ships you another one, every month you do it, with no yearly limit. Sales have to be cleared, not pending, and they have to be to 3 different people, so one customer ordering three times does not earn a bag. Bags are real product posted to the address on your account, never account credit.

One sale, one reward

Your link does not combine with a customer friend code. If a buyer arrives on your link and types a friend code too, you get paid for the sale and the friend code is not applied. One sale, one reward.

What will get you removed

No buying through your own link, and no sales to yourself or your household. No bidding on the Purrify name in paid search. No posting your code to coupon sites. No spam. And no health or performance claim that is not already made on purrify.ca. Break any of these and we can hold back commissions and close the account.

You have to say it is paid

Every post, video, story or email where you share your link has to say clearly that you earn a commission on it. That is your own legal duty under Canada's Competition Act and the FTC endorsement guides, not just our house rule.

Using our name and our photos

While you are a partner you can use the Purrify name, our logo, and the photos and videos we give you, for one job: selling Purrify. Use them the way we hand them to you. Do not redraw the logo, do not put our name on your own product or packaging, and do not register a business name, a domain, a social handle or a trademark that uses Purrify or anything close to it. The name stays ours the whole time. The day you stop being a partner, that permission ends, and you take our name, our logo and our photos off your pages, your profiles and your ads.

Customer details you collect

If someone hands you their name, email, phone number or address while you are selling Purrify, use it for that sale and for looking after that customer. Nothing else. Do not sell it, rent it, or pass it to another brand. Keep it somewhere private and handle it the way Canada's privacy law requires. If you lose it or it leaks, tell us the day you find out. When you leave the program, delete the customer and lead details you gathered through it.

You are self employed

You are an independent contractor, not an employee. Your own taxes stay yours to file. Purrify has to report partner fees over $500.00 in a calendar year to the Canada Revenue Agency, which is why the tax details are required before any money goes out.

You cannot speak for Purrify

You are not our employee, our agent, or our spokesperson. You cannot sign a contract, agree a price, take an order on credit, promise a refund, settle a complaint, or make any other commitment in Purrify's name. If you do it anyway, it does not bind us, and what it costs is yours to carry. Talk about us as a partner who sells Purrify, never as Purrify.

If something you did lands on us

If someone brings a claim against Purrify over something you did, said or wrote, you cover us. A cure you invented for the product, a photo you did not have the right to use, messages people did not ask for, a rule here you broke, a law out there you broke. Covering us means the money we lose and what it costs us to answer the claim. We will tell you as soon as we hear about it and we will not settle it behind your back. This does not touch a claim that comes from something we did.

The most we can owe you

We run this program carefully, and we still do not promise it will never break. If the dashboard goes down, a link stops tracking, or a sale goes missing, we fix what we can and pay the commission you actually earned. What we cannot pay is what you might have earned: lost profit, lost time, lost followers, the deal that did not happen. Whatever the reason, the most we can ever owe you under this agreement is the commission you earned through it. None of that takes away a right your own province's consumer law gives you, and nothing here limits what we owe for our own fraud or for injury we cause.

When we change this agreement

We can update this agreement. When we do, we email you at the address on your account, put the new wording on the agreement page, and change the version date at the top of it. Keep selling after that date and you have accepted the new wording. If you would rather not accept it, tell us and you can leave instead. Commission you have already earned still gets paid, and a change never reaches back to a sale you already made.

Leaving, either way

Either of us can end this at any time, for any reason. Commission that has already cleared still gets paid. Commission still pending gets paid too, if those sales clear. What you earn on partners you brought in stops on your last day too. The promises you made in the non-compete, non-circumvent and confidentiality agreement do not end with this one: they keep running for the windows named there.

This and the non-compete are the whole deal

This agreement and the Purrify Partner Non-Compete, Non-Circumvent and Confidentiality Agreement are the whole deal between us. Together they replace anything said before them: an email, a call, a chat message, a post, a promise someone made you on the way in. If it is not written in one of those two documents, it is not part of the deal. Changes come the way the clause above describes, not by word of mouth.

If one clause does not hold up

If a court decides a part of this agreement goes further than it should, we ask that it be narrowed to what is fair and enforced that way. If it cannot be narrowed, that part drops out and the rest still stands. And if we let something slide once, that does not mean we gave up the right to enforce it later.

Passing this agreement on

We can pass this agreement to whoever takes over the Purrify business, whether that is a sale, a merger or a reorganisation, and the terms follow unchanged. You cannot pass yours on. Your partner account, your code and what it earns are yours alone: not to sell, not to lend, not to hand to someone else to run.

Where notices go

Anything we have to tell you goes to the email address on your partner account, so keep it current. An email sent there counts as delivered whether or not you read it. Anything you have to tell us goes to [email protected]. If it is about ending this agreement or about a legal claim, send it there and post a copy to Purrify Management Inc., 109-17680 Rue Charles, Mirabel, QC J7J 0T6, CA.

Which law applies

The laws of British Columbia and of Canada, and the courts of British Columbia handle any dispute under it. This agreement is written in French and in English.

Clicking accept is your signature

When you tick the box and submit, that is your signature on this agreement. It counts the same as signing paper. We record which version you accepted and the moment you accepted it, and that record is what we would show if anyone ever asked what you agreed to.
