On the free trial bag there is nothing to ship back. Email our support team and we refund you - no return, no restocking fee, no trip to the post office.
After dispatch, estimated delivery is 2-8 business days in Canada and 3-16 business days in the United States. US parcels cross the border and take longer through customs. Duty is prepaid, so nothing is owed at the door.
To request a refund: Email within 30 days of delivery with your order number. Once approved, we process the refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days. Allow another 3 to 5 business days for it to appear on your statement, depending on your financial institution.
