Responsibilities
- Check that an article answers the questions customers actually send in
- Flag guidance that would not survive a real litter box routine
- Escalate chemistry, performance, or safety claims for technical review
Evidence standards
- Reports what customers actually describe rather than assuming a typical case
- Does not give veterinary diagnosis, treatment, or individualized care advice
- Escalates technical and performance claims instead of asserting them
