We stand behind every bag of Purrify. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward 30-day return policy.
30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
You may return any Purrify product within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. The product does not need to be unused because we want you to try it and see the results for yourself.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions apply:
- The return request must be made within 30 days of the delivery date
- The product must be in its original packaging, whether opened or unopened
- A proof of purchase such as an order confirmation email or receipt is required
Subscription (Autoship) Orders
Autoship subscriptions can be cancelled at any time before the next billing cycle through your customer portal or by contacting us. Products already shipped under a subscription follow the same 30-day return policy as one-time purchases.
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, contact our customer support team by email or phone. We will provide a prepaid return shipping label and instructions. Repackage the product and drop it off at your nearest postal outlet.
Return Shipping
Return shipping is free. We provide a prepaid return label for all eligible returns within Canada. You will not be charged any restocking or return shipping fees.
Refund Timeline
Once we receive your returned product, we will inspect it and process your refund within 5 to 7 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow an additional 3 to 5 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your financial institution.
Damaged or Defective Products
If your order arrives damaged or you receive a defective product, please contact us immediately. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you, regardless of the 30-day window.
